Select the “View Pending Request Details” link from the “Quality Management” business component.
The “View Pending Request Details” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item being inspected. |
|
Variant |
The code identifying the variant of the item. |
|
Origin ID |
Use the drop-down list box to select the origin of inspection request. You can select from “All”, “Quality Management”, “Production”, “Purchase”, “Sales” and “Inventory”. |

Lot Number |
The code identifying the lot, if the item is lot controlled. |
|
Sub Lot Number |
The code identifying the sub lot, if the item is sub lot controlled. |
|
Date |
The date when the inspection request was raised. |
|
Reference Document Number |
The number identifying the reference document associated with the request. |
|
Reference Line Number |
The number identifying the reference line associated with the request. |
|
Requests Pending Clearance |
Select this check box to retrieve those requests that are pending only for clearance. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the details of pending requests.
The system displays the following details in the “Request Details” multiline:

Request Number |
The code identifying the inspection request. |
|
Result Expected Date |
The date when the inspection result is expected. |
|
Inspected Samples |
The total number of samples and the number of samples inspected. |
|
Item Code |
The code identifying the item being inspected. |
|
Variant |
The code identifying the variant of the item. |
|
Lot Number |
The code identifying the lot, if the item is lot controlled. |
|
Sub Lot Number |
The code identifying the sub lot, if the item is sub lot controlled. |
|
Reference Document Type |
The type of reference document that is associated with the inspection request. |

Reference Document Number |
The number identifying the reference document associated with the request. |
|
Reference Line Number |
The number identifying the reference line associated with the request. |
|
Container Item Code |
The code identifying the item in the container. |
|
Container |
The code identifying the container where the item is located. |
|
Origin ID |
The code identifying the origin from where the inspection request was received. |
|
Requested Date & Time |
The date when the inspection request was received. |
|
Control Point ID |
The code identifying the control point of the item. |
|
Inspection Plan ID |
The code identifying the inspection plan for the item. |
|
Type |
The type of inspection, which could be “In-Process” or “Quality Clearance”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the inspection request.
Select the “Record Inspection Details” link at the bottom of the page to record the inspection details.
Select the “Final Clearance Feedback” link at the bottom of the page to provide final clearance feedback.
Select the “Review Sample Results” link at the bottom of the page to update the sample results.
Select the “Edit Inspection Request” link at the bottom of the page to modify the inspection details.
Select the “View Control Point” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of control point.
Select the “View Inspection Plan” link at the bottom of the page to view the inspection plan assigned for a control point id.
