Authorize Production Issue – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to select,  return or authorize production issue transaction. The production issue details are recorded based on the production order (Process Production) or work order (Discrete Production). The production order or the work order is the reference document for the creation and maintenance of the issue transaction. In addition Pick sheet can be also used as reference document for making production issue. Production issues are used to issue items from the warehouse to various plants for manufacturing. The production issue transaction can be authorized only if the user has the requisite “Authorize” permission.

The “Select Production” page allows you to search and select the production issue transaction for authorization. The “Authorize Production Issue” page allows you to authorize the production issue transaction. The “View Item Details” page allows you to view the details of items. The ”View Lot Details” page allows you to view the lot related information. The “View Starting Serial Details” page allows you to view the serial number information. The “Financial Information” page allows you to view the financial details of the production issue. The “View Item Substitute” page allows you to view the item substitutes. The “Stock Status Review” page allows you to inquire the stock status information. The “Disposition Review” page allows you to inquire the disposition. The “View Warehouse Details” page allows you to view information on the warehouse from where the items are issued.
