Authorize Unplanned Issue – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to select and authorize the unplanned issue transaction. Unplanned issues are used to issue the material from the warehouse on emergency or unexpected circumstances without proper reference documents. It is not mandatory to specify a reference document for this type of issue. The unplanned issue transaction can be authorized only if the user has the requisite permission.

The “Select Unplanned Issue” page allows you to select the unplanned issue transaction for authorization. The “Authorize Unplanned Issue” page allows you to authorize the unplanned issue transaction. The “View Item Details” page allows you to view details of items. The “View Lot Details” page allows you to view lot related information. The “View Serial Details” page allows you to view the serial number information. The “Financial Information” page allows you to authorize and save the financial information of the unplanned issue transaction. The “Stock Status Review” page allows you to inquire the warehouse stock information. The “Disposition Review” page allows you to inquire the disposition. The “View Item Substitute” page allows you to view the item substitutes. The “View Warehouse Details” page allows you to view information on the warehouse from where the items are issued.
