Select the "View Storage Information" link under the Storage Administration business component,
The "View Storage Information" page appears.
Enter the following.

Warehouse Code |
A unique code identifying the warehouse (Alphanumeric, 10). Mandatory. |
|

The system displays the following
|
Status |
The status may be Active or Inactive. |
|
Warehouse Desc. |
The system displays the description of the warehouse upon selecting the warehouse code. |
|
Warehouse Type |
The system displays any one of the following types of the warehouse |

|
Length |
The length of the warehouse. |
|
Breadth |
The breadth of the warehouse. |
|
Height |
The height of the warehouse. |
|
Dimension UOM |
The Unit of Measurement for the dimensions specified. |
|
Volume UOM |
The Unit of Measurement for the volume of the warehouse. |
|
Area |
The area of the warehouse. |
|
Area UOM |
The Unit of Measurement for the area of the warehouse. |
|
Computed Volume |
The system displays the computed volume, which is the sum of the volume of all the zones in the warehouse. |

Capacity |
The storage capacity of the warehouse. |
|
Capacity UOM |
The Unit of Measurement for the storage capacity of the warehouse. |
|
No. of Zones |
The number of zones in the warehouse. |
|
Reason Code |
The unique reason code will be displayed only if the warehouse information has been deactivated. |
|
Reason Description |
The description of the reason will be displayed only if the warehouse information has been deactivated. |
|
No. of Bins |
The number of bins in the warehouse. |
|
WH Finance Book |
The finance book to which the warehouse belongs. |
|
WH Transaction Type |
The transaction type of the warehouse. The system displays any one of the following options: Trading, Manufacturing, Commercial or Capital. |

Site Code |
A code identifying the location of the site. |
|
Bonded Warehouse |
Identifies the warehouse as “Bonded”. The items stored in this warehouse can be bonded. |
The system displays the following in the Zone Detailsgroup box.

Dimension UOM |
The Unit of Measurement(UOM) applicable for the dimensions of the zone |
|
Aisle Volume UOM |
The Unit of Measurement(UOM) applicable for the aisle volume of the zone |
|
Area UOM |
The Unit of Measurement(UOM) applicable for the area of the zone. |
|
Volume UOM |
The Unit of Measurement(UOM) applicable for the volume of the zone. |
|
Capacity UOM |
The Unit of Measurement(UOM) applicable for the capacity of the zone. |
The system displays the following details in the Zone Details multiline.
Note: Zone details will not be displayed for Free warehouse type.

The system displays any one of the following types of zones. |

The priority of issuing the items from the zone. |

The capacity of the zone in the warehouse. |

Volume |
The volume of the zone in the warehouse. |

Area |
The area of the zone in the warehouse. |

Aisle Volume |
The aisle volume of the zone in the warehouse. |

No. of Rows |
The number of rows in each zone of the warehouse. |

Reason Code |
The unique reason code must be entered if zone has to be deactivated. |
|
Distance |
The relative distance of the specific zone from the first zone in the warehouse. |
|
Distance UOM |
The Unit of Measurement (UOM) of the zone. |
|
Status |
The system displays any one of the following statuses. |

Remark |
The remarks pertaining to the specific zone. |

Created By |
The login id of the person who maintained the warehouse information. |

Created Date |
The date on which the warehouse information was created. |

The login id of the person who last modified the warehouse information. |

The date on which the warehouse information was last modified. |
Enter the following in the Additional Details group box.

Zone |
Use the drop-down list box to select the zone for which you require to view the additional details. The system loads the drop-down list box with the normal zone codes created |
The system displays the following in the Additional Details group box.

Zone Desc. |
The system displays the description of the zone in the warehouse upon selecting the zone. |
|
Zone Type |
The system displays the type of zone for the selected zone. Note that additional details can be viewed only for Normal zone types. |
Enter the following in the Additional Details group box.

Row |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Row for which you require to view the additional details. The system loads the drop-down list box with all the rows created for the selected warehouse and zone |

Rack |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Rack for which you require to view the additional details. The system loads the drop-down list box with all the racks created for the selected warehouse, zone and row. |

Level |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Level for which you require to view the additional details. The system loads the drop-down list box with all the levels created for the selected warehouse, zone, row and rack. |
The system displays the following in the multiline.

The unique code for the category of storage level. |

Storage Level |
The system displays any one of the following options. |

The system displays any one of the following options for the selected storage level and category. |

Select the View Warehouse User Mapping link at the bottom of the page to view warehouse user mapping details.
Select the View Warehouse Properties link at the bottom of the page to view warehouse properties.
Select the Attach Notes link at the bottom of the page to attach notes for the Zone.
Select the View Storage Allocation Details link at the bottom of the page to view storage allocation details.
Select the View WH Planning Parameter link at the bottom of the page to view WH planning parameter details.
Select the View Warehouse Information link at the bottom of the page to view warehouse information.
