Amend Stock Transfer Order – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to allow you to carry out a search process for selecting the order for which the details are to be amended. Only authorized or returned status orders can be amended. The result of the search process is populated in the multiline. You can select the stock transfer order for which the details are to be amended. This activity allows you to amend the shipping and item details specified in the order. The system also displays the stock availability in the specified warehouse. It also displays the quantity available in the warehouse. The amendment number is generated automatically by the system. The status of the selected order is updated to “Amended”.

This activity also allows you to specify the attribute details of the selected order number. You can specify the attribute and the value for either qualitative or quantitative type of attribute. The system saves the specified details of the attribute.

This activity also allows you to specify the schedule details of the items with schedule type set as “Staggered”. You can specify the quantity that is to be sent in each schedule and also the date on which the items will be available in the warehouse for issue. The system generates the schedule number. The open quantity is calculated and displayed for each schedule number. The system saves the specified schedule details. The system stores the login user ID and the system date along with the modified details.

This activity also facilitates you to specify important textual information pertaining to the stock transfer order, accounting information and viewing information pertaining to the stock availability.
