Create Resource Calendar – A summary of the activity

The resource calendar is defined to identify the working and non-working times of a resource. This information is obtained based on the company calendar and in case of any deviation from company calendar different timetables are attached to the resource. The resource calendar can be created from the “Create Company Calendar” page or can be created directly using this page. You need to attach a company calendar that defines the different types of working and non-working days during a year.

In case, if there is any deviation from the company calendar followed, you can capture the dates from and to which the resource calendar has to be defined together with the days, day types and the timetables followed in the multiline. You can also associate appropriate timetables to each of the resource calendar together with the day type displayed in the multiline.

Help screens are provided to search and retrieve the relevant information about the resource calendar, company calendar and timetables. On entering the necessary details of the resource calendar, you can create generate the resource calendar. You can make use of the links provided at the bottom of the page to modify and view the resource calendar details. You can also select the link to create the day types for the resource calendar.
