This page allows you to select the work order for viewing the details of its execution. Tell me more
Select the “View Work Order Actuals” link under the “EAM Work Order Execution” component.
The “Select Work Order” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the work order for which actuals must be viewed:

The work order for which actuals must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Click the “View Work Order Actuals” link provided alongside to view the actuals recorded for the work order.
To search for a work order
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a work order. Data entry in these fields is optional:

The work order for which actuals must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the work order in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the work orders that are similar to the work order entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders. |
Desc. |
The textual description of the work order (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the work orders whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders. |
WO Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve work orders based on its status. The system provides the options: “Scheduled”, “InProgress”, “Deferred”, “Interrupted” and “Completed”. Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve work orders belonging to all statuses. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
WO On |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to retrieve work orders that are created on equipment or on location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work orders that are created either on equipment or on location. |
Code |
The equipment or location for which you wish to retrieve the work orders that are created (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all work orders, created on equipment or location with codes similar to the code entered here. |
Work Group |
The work group which is responsible for carrying out the work order (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all work groups, which are similar to the work group entered here. |
Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the work order to be retrieved. The system lists all the types that are defined in the “Define WO Types” activity and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders irrespective of their type. |
Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the work order to be retrieved. The system lists all the categories that have been defined in the “Define WO Categories” activity and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders irrespective of the category to which it belongs. |
Priority |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve work orders based on their priority. The system fills in all the priorities that have been defined in the “Define Priority“ activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the work orders, irrespective of the priority attached to them. |
Location |
The location of the equipment for which you wish to retrieve all the work orders that have been created (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the equipment whose locations are similar to the location entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve work orders created in all locations. |
Planning Group |
The planning group of the work order (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the planning group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all planning groups, which are similar to the planning group entered here. |
Root Cause Analysis Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the root cause analysis status. The combo is loaded with “Not Required”, “Required”, “Completed”, “In Progress” and “Open”. The system displays “Not Required” by default on launch of the page. |
Ref. Doc. Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of document based on which the work order was created. The system provides the options: “Work Request”, “PM”, “Maint.Plan”, “Calib. Order”, “Inspec. Order” and “Work Log”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work orders created with reference to all the above document types. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Enter the following fields in the “Act. Start Date” field to retrieve work orders based on the period during which the work on the work order has started:

The date from which the work on the work order has started (Date Format). |
To |
The date till which the work on the work order has started (Date Format). Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders that are started till the current date. |
Enter the following fields in the “Sch. Start Date” field to retrieve work orders which are scheduled to start during a specific period:

The date starting from which you wish to retrieve the work orders that are scheduled to start (Date Format). |
To |
The date till which you wish to retrieve the work orders that are scheduled to start (Date Format). Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders that are created till the current date. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the results of the search criteria entered in the “Search Results” multiline:

The category to which the work order belongs. |
Priority |
The priority of the work order. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the work order to view the details of the actuals that are entered for it.
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “View Part Actuals” link at the bottom of the page to view the actuals of the parts utilized for the execution of the work order.
Select the “View Labor Actuals” link at the bottom of the page to view the actuals of the labor utilized for the execution of the work order.
Select the “View Tools Actuals” link at the bottom of the page to view the actuals of the tools utilized for the execution of the work order.
Select the “View Other Resource Actuals” link at the bottom of the page to view the actuals of the other resources utilized for the execution of the work order.
Select the “View Service Receipts” link at the bottom of the page to view the actuals of the services utilized for the execution of the work order.
Select the “Work Order Delays” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the delays encountered during work order execution.
Select the “View Stock Delivered” link at the bottom of the page to view the actuals of the stock deliverables that are produced from the work order.
Selecting work order for viewing actuals – An overview
This page allows you to select the work order for viewing the details of its execution. You can directly enter the work order, if you are aware of the exact value. Otherwise you can select a work order by carrying out a search based on the following fields:
the work order number and its description
the maintainable object which can be equipment or location, for which the work order has been created
the identifier of the equipment or location
the planning group of the work order
the work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order
the dates within which the work order is scheduled to start
the date on which the work on the work order was actually started
the status of the work order
From the search results, you can select a work order for viewing the details of its execution.
