This page allows you to approve the selected Subcontract Release Slip (SCRS) for further processing. Only the document whose status is “fresh”,”returned”,”amended” can be approved. Upon approval the status of the SC release slip is updated to “Open”. No modification can be made on an approved document. Only approved SC release slips are open for transactions. While approving the SCRS, which is in the “Amended”, status the quantity cannot be modified to a quantity less than the quantity already received and accepted.
This page allows the authorizer to return the document with a remark. In this case the SC release slip status will be changed to “Returned”. This can be modified in the edit activity or the amend activity
Select “SC release slip No.” link from the Resultant Multiline or enter the SC release slip number at the top of the page and click on “Approve SC release slip”

Click the “Approve SC Release Slip” pushbutton to edit and approve the subcontract release slip for further transactions on the document
If all the mandatory information has been entered and validated the status of the subcontract release slip is set to "Open" upon creation of the document
An auto invoice is generated for the total value of those line items with two-way matching type and if auto invoicing is set to “Yes”
Click the “Return SC Release Slip” pushbutton to save the modification made to the subcontract release slip
The status of the SC release slip is set to “Returned”
Click the "Print" pushbutton to print the Subcontract Release Document
