Authorize Stock Transfer Order – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to allow you to carry out a search process for selecting the order for which the details are to be authorized. The result of the search process is populated in the multiline. Multiple authorization of order number is allowed in this page. You can select the order number for which the details are to be authorized. Both modification and authorization of the selected order number is allowed in this activity. Modifications to the item and order details are allowed in this activity. The system retrieves and displays the status of the stock that is available in the selected warehouse. The open quantity for each order line number and schedule line number are calculated and displayed by the system. The status of the order on authorization is updated to “Authorized”. The system saves the details associated to the order number.

This activity also allows you to save the order details before authorization. It also allows you to return the selected order number. The system updates the order status to “Returned”. The system stores the login user ID and the system date along with the modified details.

This activity also facilitates you to modify attribute details pertaining to each order line number, important textual information related to stock transfer order, Accounting Information and modifying schedule details for each order line number.
