This page allows you to view the skills that have been assigned for carrying out the work order. Tell me more.

The “View Employee / Skill Assignment” page appears.

WO No.

The work order for which you wish to view the employees or skills assigned (Alphanumeric, 18).

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the skills or employees already assigned to the work order. The description of the work order is retrieved alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

The system retrieves the tasks belonging to the work order in the “Assign To” drop-down list box. The skills that are specified for the work order are retrieved in the multiline.

Assign To

Use the drop-down list box and select “Work Order”, to view the skills that are specified for the work order. If you wish to view the skills that are specified for the task belonging to the work order, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Work Order” by default.

The system displays the following fields:

WO Status

The status of the work order, which can be “Scheduled” or “In-Progress”.

Task Status

The status of the task.

Sch. Start Date

The date on which the work order is scheduled to start.

Compl. Date

The date on which the work order must be completed.

WO Date

The date on which the work order is created.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.

WO Est. Res. Hrs.

The estimated number of hours for which skills and employees are required for the completion of the work order.

WO Assign Hrs.

The total number of hours for which employees and skills are actually assigned to the work order.

Planning Group

The planning group of the work order.

Task Est. Res. Hrs.

The estimated number of hours for which employees and skills are required for the completion of the task.

Task Assign Hrs.

The total number of hours for which employees or skills are actually assigned to the task.

The system displays the following fields in the “Assignment Details” multiline:

Employee

The employee who is assigned to the work order.

Skill

The skill that is assigned to the work order.

Qty. (Nos.)

The number of employees with the skill specified in the “Skill Code” field, who are assigned for carrying out the work order.

From Date

The date from which the skill is assigned to the work order.

From Time

The time from which the skill is assigned to the work order.

To Date

The date till which the skill is assigned to the work order.

To Time

The time till which the skill is assigned to the work order.

Hrs. / Day

The number of hours in a day, for which the skill is assigned to the work order.

Est. Duration (Hrs.)

The number of hours for which the skill or employee is required for the work order.

No. Of Days

The number of days for which the skill or employee is assigned to the work order.

Name

The name of the employee.

Skill Desc.

The description of the skill.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the work order.

Created Date

The date and time of the creation of the work order.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the work order.

Last Modified Date

The date and time when the work order was last modified.]

Viewing the employees or skills assigned to the work order – An overview

View Assignments - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the skills that have been assigned for carrying out the work order as well for the tasks that are specified for the work order. You can view the skills that have been assigned to the work order selected in the “Select Work Order” page. You can also directly enter a work order other than the work order selected in the main page and view the skills that have been assigned to it.
