View Assignments – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the resources that are assigned to a work order. You can directly enter the work order to be viewed or you can search for the work order by providing filter criteria in the “Select Work Order” page. The results of the search are displayed in the multiline from which you can select the work order whose resource details you wish to view.

The other resources that are assigned to the work order are displayed in the “View Other Resource Assignment” page. You can select a resource and view the work orders to which it has been assigned in the “Assignment Details” page. You can view the resources that have been estimated for the work order in the “View Estimated Resources” page. You can also view the workload as a percentage that is assigned to the resources in the “Other Resource Loading” page. The skills and employees assigned to the work order are displayed in the “View Employee/Skill Assignment” page. You can select a skill and view the work orders to which it has been assigned in the “Skill Assignment Details” page. You can view the skills that have been estimated for the work order in the “View Estimated Skills” page. You can also view the workload of the skills as a percentage belonging to a work group or a planning group for a specific date in the “Skill Loading” page. You can also select an employee and view the work orders to which the employee has been assigned in the “Assignment Details” page. You can also view the loading of employees belonging to a particular skill or to a work group for a specific period in the “Employee Loading” page. The tools that are assigned to the work order are displayed in the “View Tool Assignment” page. You can select a tool and view the work orders to which it has been assigned in the “Tool Assignment Details” page. You can view the tools that have been estimated for the work order in the “View Estimated Tools” page. You can also view the workload of the tools as a percentage belonging to a work group or a planning group for a specific date in the “Tool Loading” page.
