Hold/Release/Cancel Quotation – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to hold or cancel or release the selected quotation. This activity allows you to search and select the quotation for holding or releasing or canceling. You can specify the reason code for holding or canceling or releasing a quotation. Based on the reason code selected, the description pertaining to it is displayed in the multiline.

The link at the bottom of the page allows you to view the details of the quotation that is selected. The system stores the login user ID and the system date along with the modified details.
