Use the drop-down list box to specify the maintainable object on which preventive maintenance must be done. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”. |

Note: You cannot modify the “PM On” and “Code” fields if there is any preventive maintenance work order raised for this equipment or location and if the work order is in a status other than “Completed”, “Canceled” and “Closed”. Once the equipment is modified, all the usage-based schedules, defined for the parameters that are not attached to the modified equipment will be deleted.

WO Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the work order. The system fills in this field with all the work order types that are defined in the “Define WO Types” activity and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, if you do not wish to specify any work order type. |
WO Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the work order that must be created for carrying out the preventive maintenance. The system provides the options: “Fresh” and “Scheduled”. |
WO Priority |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the priority of the work order. The system lists all the priorities that have been defined in the “Define Priority” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, if you do not wish to specify any priority. |
Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the preventive maintenance schedule (Alphanumeric, 30). Mandatory. Ensure that the work group is already defined in the “Create Work Group” activity of the “Work Group” business component and is in the “Active” status. |

The number of hours required for the execution of the preventive maintenance schedule (Decimal). Ensure that the duration is positive. Also ensure that the duration is not less than the duration of the task or procedure that is specified in the “Task/SP” field. The warehouse that will be defaulted to the work orders that have been created for preventive maintenance (Alphanumeric, 10). Ensure that the warehouse is already defined in the “Storage Administration” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions and is in the “Active” status. |
Item Status |
The status of the item which belongs to the warehouse (Alphanumeric, 25). Ensure that the status is defined for the warehouse in the “Item Administration business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions. |
Clearance |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether clearance from specific authorities is required for carrying out the preventive maintenance. The system provides the options: “Required” and “Not Required”. |
Permit Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the permit required. The system lists all permit types that have been defined in the “Define Permit Types” activity of the “Clearance Permit” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, if you do not wish to specify any permit type. |

This page allows you to edit the details of an existing preventive maintenance schedule. You can modify the preventive maintenance schedule that is selected from the previous page. The equipment or location on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out
The task or procedure that must be carried out as a part of the preventive maintenance
The status and the type of the schedule
The planning or the lead-time that is required for the generation of the preventive maintenance work orders
The agency that must perform the preventive maintenance
You can modify the following details of the work orders that are raised for carrying out the preventive maintenance:
The type, priority, category and status of the work order
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order
The number of hours required for carrying out the work order
The condition of the equipment or location based on which the work order must be performed
The warehouse from which the the items that are required for carrying out the work order are procured
The status of the item that is required from the warehouse
Whether clearance from production is required for carrying out the work order, or not
The type of the clearance that is required for carrying out the work order
You can also modify in this activity the preventive maintenance schedules that have been raised from a preventive maintenance template. You can specify whether the preventive maintenance schedule can be modified based on any change that have been made on the preventive maintenance template.

Specify whether clearance is required or not for carrying out the preventive maintenance
Specify whether clearance is required or not for carrying out the preventive maintenance
You can specify whether clearance from specific authorities is required for carrying out the work order that is raised based on the preventive maintenance schedule.
Set the “Clearance” field as “Required” if clearance is required.
Set the “Clearance” field as “Not Required” if clearance is not required.
If clearance is required, the system automatically generates a clearance request for carrying out the preventive maintenance work order. This is done when a work order based on the preventive maintenance schedule is generated.
If the preventive maintenance schedule has been created from a preventive maintenance template, you can specify in this page if the preventive maintenance schedule can be updated to reflect the changes made in the preventive maintenance template.
Set the “Can PM Template Update This?” field as “Yes” if the preventive maintenance schedule must be updated based on the template.
Set the “Can PM Template Update This?” field as “No” if the preventive maintenance schedule must not be updated based on the template.
